This page is about you.

Every firm has an About Us. Nobody reads it to learn about the firm. They read it to find out whether the firm understands them. So here are nine situations we see every month, in the words founders use when they first write to us. If one of them is yours, you already know what to do. If none of them quite fit, write anyway. Most of our best engagements started as a conversation, not a brief.

You have a team. It is the senior layer that is missing.

Good engineers, nobody who has taken a chain to mainnet. The calls that sink projects get made above the team: architecture, chain, token design, launch sequence. We make those with you, your team builds against them, and they come out of it stronger.

You raised. Now the clock is running.

Seed or Series A in the bank, only eighteen months of runway, a board that wants the delivery on a date. Every month on the wrong architecture is a month you do not get back. The first ninety days decide whether the rest of the runway is spent building or rebuilding.

You have not raised yet and you need a delivery partner.

Pre-seed, bootstrapped, or a working business paying for this out of revenue. No room for a team of twelve or a rebuild in month six. You need a small senior crew that scopes it honestly, builds the version that matters first, and does not spend your money learning.

You cannot hire a CTO yet, and you know it.

You need the judgement without the headcount: someone who owns the technical roadmap, sits in the investor and auditor meetings, and answers for the result.

You have an idea and nothing else yet.

A napkin, a deck, a conviction that something should exist on-chain. No team, no code, maybe no company. We will tell you whether a blockchain belongs in it at all, what the smallest version that proves it looks like, and the cost. Then you decide.

You have a real asset to tokenize.

Real estate, energy, credit, fund units. Everyone has an opinion on ERC-3643, ERC-1400, ERC-721 and ERC-1155. You need one decision, with the compliance written into the transfer logic and reasons your counsel can sign.

You are about to migrate users and you cannot sleep.

Balances, staking positions, history. One bad script and the incident is public by lunchtime. You want the people who have moved ~100,000 users between chains with an empty incident log, and the rehearsal discipline that made it boring.

Your auditors keep finding things.

The threat model was written after the contracts, and the findings show it. Each round costs you a month and a fee. You need security designed in from the first line, so the audit confirms what you already know instead of discovering it.

You are an enterprise entering this space and you cannot afford to look new at it.

Your first decision on-chain will be judged by people who have done it before: exchanges, auditors, regulators, your own board. You want a partner who has already made the mistakes on someone else's budget, and who speaks both your language and theirs.

That is who we work for.
