If it runs on a blockchain, we have built it.

Block Dexter is a senior blockchain advisory and engineering firm. We specialize in Layer 1 chains, RWA tokenization, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, bridges, wallets and token launches. We take projects from whitepaper to mainnet, and we stay until they hold.

Proof, not promises.

We could describe what we do. It is faster to show you what held.

An EVM-compatible L1 taken from concept to a $175M+ ecosystem.

Full delivery of a Proof of Stake Layer 1: core protocol, cross-chain bridge with MPC security, staking infrastructure, RPC clusters, naming service, block explorer, mobile wallet and a complete developer tooling suite. Then we moved the entire user base off Ethereum onto it without breaking anything.

Energy sector RWA tokenization United States

Tokenization and settlement rails for electric utilities, a $10 trillion industry that had never settled on-chain. In production today.

UK digital banking United Kingdom

Greenfield challenger bank product developed from initial concept, with security policy aligned to ISO 27001, GDPR, KYC and AML.

Debt financing on Hyperledger Canada

End-to-end architecture for a debt financing platform with a customized underwriting engine.

Real estate tokenization France

Fractional property ownership on-chain, built before the industry had a name for it.

See the full record

One firm across the full lifecycle.

Strategy, engineering and go-to-market under one roof. No handoffs between agencies, no gaps between the plan and the build.

Advise

Senior judgment before a line of code is written.

  • Fractional CTO and technology leadership
  • Blockchain strategy and feasibility
  • Tokenomics design and modeling
  • Technical due diligence for investors
  • Risk assessment and security posture

Build

Production infrastructure, delivered end to end.

  • Layer 1 and Layer 2 infrastructure
  • RWA tokenization platforms
  • Smart contracts and DeFi protocols
  • Cross-chain bridges and wallets
  • Web and mobile applications

Launch

Getting live is the start, not the finish.

  • Token generation events and launches
  • Exchange readiness and listings support
  • Audit coordination and remediation
  • Chain and user migrations
  • Ongoing advisory and support

Ten years of shipping, in five sentences.

The lessons that cost the most to learn. We give them away so nobody has to pay for them twice.

Field note 01Compliance

A rule the token can bypass is a suggestion.

If a transfer can settle without the check running on-chain, you do not have compliance, you have a policy document.

Field note 02Migrations

A migration is safe the day it becomes boring.

A hundred thousand users crossed chains with an empty incident log because the runbook had been practiced several times until everybody got bored.

Field note 03Security

The audit should be the second time nothing is found.

The threat model is a design document, written before the first contract, not a checklist the week before launch. That order is how protocol code we designed scored 9.5/10 with independent auditors.

Field note 04Tokenomics

The market does not read the spreadsheet.

Every emission schedule looks sound in a model that assumes holders behave. They do not. Design supply, vesting and staking for the month the price is down 80 percent. That month always comes, and the model never includes it.

Field note 05Chain choice

Pick the chain for the users, not the grant.

A grant pays for the launch. It does not pay for the users who never arrive. We have built on Ethereum, Base, Solana and Hyperledger, and the right answer has never once been the one with the biggest cheque attached.
